Restaurant Newton's kitchen will be renovated

because of humidity damages in the floor structures. Nevertheless, COOL-lunches will be available every day. There will be restrictions in the use of Visa Electron card.

The damages need immidiate renovation. Beside the renovation of the kitchen's floor structures, lunch counters and cashier desks will be remodelled as well. This is being done in order to improve customer service.

During the renovation only COOL-lunches will be available in Restaurant Newton. FAIR, FAIR GREEN, FAIR LITE and Fusion kitchen meals are not temporarily available. Because of these circumstances there will be only disposable dishes.

Other student restaurants in Hervanta

There will be changes in the other student restaurants too during the renovation in Newton.

The Salad Bar in Restaurant Zip will be moved to Café&Fast Volt. An extra home lunch counter and cashier desk will be added Restaurant Zip. There will be extra tables in the lobby of Tietotalo.

Restaurant Edison, Café&Fast Volt's BPM, Pasta and Saladbar will serve you normally.

The availability of special diets

During the renovation in Newton there will be available only those special diets stated on the lunch menu list on Juvenes' website. Restaurant Zip and Edison will serve special diet customers normally.

Changes in payment system

From 16 April it will not be possible to pay with Visa Electron card at student restaurants during the rush hours, 11.00-13.00.
