Terms of Delivery for Juvenes Conference Service
1. Reservation time: The duration of the reservation is agreed on when placing the order. The person placing the order must be over 18 years old. The prizes of Conference service are valid from 8:00 a.m until 4 p.m, at another time the prizes are as agreed.
2. Terms of cancellation: The event can be cancelled without charge one (1) month before the event. If the cancellation is made less than one (1) month before the event, 50% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation is made one (1) week before the event, the full price will be charged. The cancellation terms also apply to changes in the number of guests and in catering services.
3. Extra price for last-minute orders: The extra price will be charged if changes are made no more than three (3) business days before the event. The extra price is +20% of the supplementary order. Juvenes Corporation reserves the right to any menu changes is last-minute orders.
4. Damage to property: The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused to the property of Juvenes Corporation as well as the property owner, and is liable to pay any costs due to reparation thereof.
5. Cleaning fees: The conference facilities must be in a decent condition after the event. In case extra cleaning is required, Juvenes Corporation will charge the customer according to specifications and price lists of the cleaning company performing the task.
6. Terms of payment: The payment term for invoices is seven (7) days net and the the penal interest is calculated according to the Interest Act in the Finnish law. Extra fee for invoicing is €9.30 (inc. VAT 24%).
7. Quality guarantee for food products: Juvenes Corporation is responsible for the quality and safety of the food products for two hours after the delivery, providing that the transport cases have not been opened and no products have been removed from the cold or hot storages. Juvenes Corporation will not refund any leftover products. Juvenes Corporation staff have the right to carry away any excess products after the event.
8. Reclamations: Any possible reclamations must be made on the next business day following the event to Juvenes Catering, by e-mail to the address juhlapalvelu@juvenes.fi or by phone to +358 207 600 300.

10. Force majeure
Juvenes Corporation is not responsible for damage caused to the orderer by a strike, a lock-out, a general traffic stop, a fire, a power failure or any other unpredictable occurrence not caused by Juvenes Corporation (force majeure). In case of changes made to the conditions, premises, and schedule of the event, Juvenes Corporation reserves the right to change the pricing of the event.
Juvenes Corporation reserves the right to any changes in terms of order and delivery as well as prices.
