Terms of Delivery for Juvenes Catering
1. Reservations for catering and facilities
The reservation is valid for the number of guests stated by the orderer. The final number of guests must be confirmed two (2) weeks before the event at the latest. Juvenes Corporation has the right to revise prices and assign another location for the client's event if the number of guests is reduced by more than 10 %. The person making the reservation must be over 18 years of age.
2. Reservation fee for catering and facilities
If a prepayment has been agreed on, the orderer undertakes to pay the agreed amount on the due date. If the payment is not made according to the agreement, the reservation will be considered cancelled. The prepayment will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled after the due date.
3. Terms of cancellation
If the cancellation is made no more than 30 days before the event, 50 % of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation is made one (1) week before the event, the full price will be charged. The terms of cancellation also apply to changes in the number of guests and in catering services.
4. Extra fee for last-minute orders
Extra fee will be charged if changes are made less than three (3) working days before the event. The extra fee is +20 % of the supplementary order. Juvenes Corporation reserves the right to any menu changes in last-minute orders.
Service staff or other extra services during dining in Juvenes facilities are not included in the prices unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damage to property
The client is responsible for any and all damage caused to the property of Juvenes Corporation as well as the property owner, and is liable for any costs due to reparation thereof.
7. Cleaning fees
The premises must be left in decent condition after the event. In case extra cleaning is required, Juvenes Corporation will charge the customer according to the specifications and price lists of the cleaning company performing the task.
8. Terms of payment
The payment term for invoices is 7 days net and the penal interest is calculated according to the Finnish Interest Act. Invoicing is subject to an extra fee of €9.30 (inc. VAT 24 %).
9. Quality guarantee for food products
Juvenes Corporation is responsible for the quality and safety of the food products for two hours after the delivery, provided that the transport cases have not been opened and no products have been removed from the cold or hot storage. Juvenes Corporation will not refund any leftover products. Juvenes Corporation staff have the right to carry away any excess food items after the event.

11. Alternate Dispute Resolution Body in Consumer Sales
If a dispute concerning an agreement cannot be resolved in negotiations between the parties, the client may bring the case to the attention of the Consumer Disputes Board. The English website of the Board can be found at www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/index.html.
12. Data protection
Provided that processing personal information is necessary in order to provide services, Juvenes Corporation is authorised by the client to do so. Juvenes Corporation uses technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised or illegal processing and against unintentional loss, destruction or damage of data.
Juvenes Corporation processes personal data only for the purposes specified in the agreement or order confirmation and will act in accordance with the instructions given by the client for such purposes. Juvenes Corporation seeks to minimise and limit the amount and quality of data collected and thus ensure for its part that data protection is fulfilled.
Juvenes Corporation will respond to any reasonable inquiries by the client in order for the client to ensure that the agreement on data processing is complied with.

13. Force majeure
Juvenes Corporation is not responsible for any damage caused to the orderer by a strike, a lock-out, a general traffic stop, a fire, a power failure or any other unpredictable occurrence not caused by Juvenes Corporation (force majeure). In case of changes in the conditions, premises and schedule of the event for reasons beyond its control, Juvenes Corporation reserves the right to change the pricing of the event.
